About Me

  • Hi, I’m Fahd. Anxiety has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It began when I was just 5 or 6 years old, after experiencing the death and funeral of a friend. At that age, I couldn’t put my feelings into words—mental health wasn’t something people talked about back then. The anxiety grew, unspoken, and eventually became overwhelming. I ended up in hospital, with an ambulance coming for me three times in just four days. I spent over two years in depression, largely confined to my room, over-eating for comfort and distraction.

Even today, anxiety remains a part of my life, and I still face daily battles. But I’ve found ways to manage it, to help settle the storm in my mind. Through techniques like NLP, breathing exercises, and healthy distraction, I’ve learned to navigate the challenges that come with anxiety. I’ve experienced agoraphobia, health anxiety, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and phobias like claustrophobia. I’ve tried hypnotherapy, counseling, and NHS support—but none of it truly understood what it’s like because living it is different from having a certificate or an opinion.

That’s why I became a life coach. I don’t just talk about anxiety; I am an example of someone who lives with it every day. I bring my lived experience to my work, guiding others with empathy, understanding, and practical strategies that actually work in real life. My mission is to show that even in the face of mental health challenges, growth, self-discovery, and empowerment are possible.

I’m here to walk alongside you, not just as a coach, but as someone who truly knows the struggles you face. Together, we can create strategies to navigate anxiety, overcome obstacles, and build a life where you feel in control, even when the mind feels like it isn’t.

At Think Clear, we believe that every person holds the potential to live with clarity, balance, and purpose. Our approach combines practical tools with mindful guidance, helping individuals strengthen resilience, overcome challenges, and create harmony in their personal and professional lives. Through one-to-one coaching, we provide a supportive space to rediscover direction, unlock inner strength, and cultivate lasting peace of mind.
